FAMILY RATE Facilitated entrance for families:

Free access to the Museum is allowed on the occasion of cultural or official events, limited to the duration of the event and on the occasion of the inauguration of exhibitions, limited to the day of the inauguration.

The Card gives access to museums, castles and places of interest in Trento, Rovereto and surroundings and to the public transport network in Trentino.
On sale at the museums and APT of Trento and Rovereto at 22 € with 48h validity extendable to three months without additional costs

Notes on accessibility

The museum has two entrances; the main one which leads to the ground floor with a door always open, 192 cm wide, preceded by a 20 m long path (maximum gradient of 10%) close to which temporary parking by car is possible; the second, in the northern part of the building, (where the E. Mach Foundation is located and the indicated parking spaces) with a 217 cm wide door and 8-10.5 cm high step. The parking lot is 220 meters from the main entrance (15% slope path) and 100 meters from the secondary entrance (flat path). On the ground floor: ticket office accessible with the ramp and door indicated; counter from 73 to 111 cm high; room 1 (Agriculture); from the courtyard, entrances to room 2 (water mill) and room 3 (dining area and forge) respectively with a step of 6 and 7 cm respectively; accessible cellars with steps.

The indicated lift, which allows you to visit the other floors, is a freight elevator and can be reached from the second entrance:
-1 floor, the exhibition hall, wrought iron and foundry (with ramp 3 meters long, slope 5%);
floor 0, the Grotta San Michele;
floor 1, the indicated toilets (handles on the opposite side to the toilet combination, 81 cm high sink) and the classroom-kitchen;
floor 3, the malga area which can only be visited partially; other rooms (beekeeping and forest areas, wagons, sawmill and wood art) accessible by ramps (gradient of 7.2% and 10%) and height differences consisting of several steps from 15 to 19 cm high;
floor 4, the library preceded by a 146 cm long ramp (5.7% gradient) and partially passable in the modern background (presence of a 17 cm high step); the area with oil and ceramic stoves, the area with costumes, bands and religiousness which can be accessed by steps.
